Torsk i Mornay sauce...

til 4 personer:

ca 400 g torsk, gerne frossen

1 mornaysauce

4 gulerødder

1 persillerod

1 stort løg

Hvis torsken er frossen så skal den optøes, pres vandet ud..

Læg torsken i et smurt ovnfast fad

Riv gulerødder og persillerod, hak løget og bland det sammen, og læg det hen over torsken, hæld Mornay Saucen henover og drys tilsidst med lidt rasp.

Ind i ovnen ca 45 min ved 200 grader.
