Contract with Restaurant

6 indlæg i dette emne

Hi All,

We are going to get married in Copenhagen in August this year, in the Café Hovedtelegrafen, just in the Post and Tele Museum.

We got a menu offer for a around 35 persons, but the café said they do not normally make any contracts and the menu offer is enough.

I would expect that we would get a contract especially since we need to pay a deposit and the remaining amount just before the wedding.

Is it normally so that the restaurants do not make a contract in Denmark ?. We still believe we should insist on having one.

Would really appreciate your opinion.

Thanks a lot,

Petruta

I have (as a wedding DJ) been playing to wedding parties at Caf'e Hovedtelegrafen several times and I can also say the same as Ki Schou: Good place, good conditions and good staff.

Also I agree with Malu82, but of course they have to confirm your booking/accept to 22/8 2015 in writing.

My friends held their weeding af Café Hovedtelegrafen last summer and it was a great success. Although - make sure to dobbeltcheck agreements with them. Alterations in relation to the menu, which was made after the rehearsal dinner, was unfortunately forgotten on the big day. The guest didn't know at the food was great, but the bride and groom was a little sad about it.
